Acupuncture
has
been
effectively
used
for
the
treatment
of
back
pain,
headache,
migraine,
and
sports
injuries.
However,
acupuncture
provides
more
than
pain
relief.
It
is
helpful
in
treating
anxiety,
insomnia,
digestive
problems,
abdominal,
menstrual
cramps,
weight
control,
infertility
and
much,
much
more.
Although
acupuncture
has
become
widely
accepted
and
available
in
North
America
in
the
last
10
years,
it
had
already
been
endorsed
a
century
earlier
by
the

Canadian

根據俄羅斯科學家的最新研究成果﹐證明中醫針灸電針對帕金森症的確有其特殊的療效。專家認為這一研究成果有助于幫助人類最終戰勝這一疾病。
俄羅斯<<科學信息>>雜誌最近報導了一項研究成果。俄羅斯科學院人類大腦研究所的沃洛可夫等科學家通過對帕金森患者頭部皮膚上的電極施加微弱電流﹐成功的降低了患者的肌肉緊張﹐並恢復了其運動功能。而服用抗帕金森症藥物的患者在接受此項治療後﹐對藥物產生的不良反應亦有明顯緩解。
整個實驗共有110名患者。其中80名患者作為試驗組同時接受電極和藥物治療﹐而另外作為對照組的30名患者則只接受藥物治療。接受電極治療的患者隔天接受3次至4此的弱電流刺激﹐每次時間在15分鐘左右﹐電流強度為2毫安。在電擊請前後分別對患者的運動速度﹐肌肉緊張度和肢體抖動幅度3項指標進行評估。
試驗結果現顯示﹐接受電擊治療患者的運動速度和肌肉緊張度兩項指標大有好轉。在試驗組的80名患者中﹐有效率超過了60%。
科學家經過分析認為﹐此種療法之所以有效﹐可能是因為微弱電流激活了大腦中利用多巴安神經介質的神經原系統。提高了神經細胞受體對多巴安的敏感程度。而醫學界都普遍認為﹐大腦中多巴安的不足是導致帕金森症的主要原因。
中醫針灸的電針治療﹐就是選取在頭部的穴位﹐將金針斜插入頭皮下﹐然後在露出的針柄上結上通電的電極﹐以微小持續的電流持續刺激20分鐘左右為一次治療。患者都會感覺頭皮有麻麻的電刺激﹐如做頭部按摩般﹐非常舒適。
中国科学家最近找到利用针灸手段戒毒的新方法。
日前在北京举行的一个科技学术论坛上，中国科学院院士、北京大学教授韩济生宣布了他最新的研究成果。他发现，采用2赫兹电针疗法，可以帮助吸毒者忘掉毒瘾。
韩济生说：“这一成果首先是在老鼠身上获得的。我们发现采用这个方法可以使老鼠脱离毒瘾；后来的临床实践证明，这个方法对人类也适用。”
据介绍，北京大学海南药物依赖脱瘾治疗康复中心采用这一技术对吸毒者治疗后，其中一些吸毒者没有出现复吸毒现象。这个中心的负责人、北京大学神经科学研究所副研究员吴鎏桢告诉记者：“我们去年8月收治了40多名吸毒者，采用这一技术进行了近一个月的治疗。到今年11月为止的一年间，我们对30名接受过治疗的人进行了跟踪检测，结果有3人在治疗后到现在的一年间都没有沾过毒品。”
